Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing, including the Student's name, and the session registered for. Cancellation notifications made more than 2 weeks before camp starts receive full refunds minus a $75.00 fee.

Cancellation notifications made less than 3 weeks prior to camp will lose their deposit.

In the event of a medical emergency preventing the student from attending the camp, a full refund except will be issued upon receipt of a physician's certificate. As long as you purchase our HEALTH REASONS MUST CANCEL INSURANCE in your registration.

If a camper has to leave during the camp for any reason, there will be no refund unless they purchased HAVE TO GO HOME INSURANCE.

Should a child be required to leave a session for behavioral (ex: putting anyone or themselves in danger) reasons, there will be no refund.
